In-Lab Studies

We are partners with Tri-Valley Sleep Center (TVSC) conveniently located on our facility.  If our experts recommend an in-house sleep study to diagnose your sleep concerns, we will set you up with an in-lab sleep study right on our facility, TVSC offers in-house expertise in polysomnography (PSG), split night studies with CPAP, CPAP titration studies, MSLT & MWT studies. We provide timely results and are committed to providing you with the best diagnostic testing possible.

Polysomnography (PSG): An overnight sleep study in which sleep stages and breathing are monitored.

Split Night Study: Combination of both a PSG and CPAP study. If severe apnea is seen during the first 2 hours of sleep, CPAP will be applied.

CPAP Titration Study (CPAP/BIPAP): (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) The most effective treatment for sleep apnea.

MSLT Study: Daytime test that evaluates daytime sleepiness and is a rule-out for Narcolepsy.

The study is scored and interpreted within three days. Results should be reviewed with your physician or in consult with our board certified sleep experts.

If you need to cancel or re-schedule, please contact us 3 days prior to the sleep study date.

Yes, the monitoring unit is portable.

Please do not have any alcoholic or caffeinated beverages after 12 pm on the day of your study.

We will set you up with the necessary equipment.

We advise that you do not have hair appointments the day of your study. Also feel free to bring your pillow or any comfort items to help you sleep.
