To help you flow through your first visit with ease, we’ve included our typical protocol for your first visit. Accessing our telemedicine portal

On the day of your appointment, log on to our telemedicine portal,, 10-15 minutes before your visit. After you click this link, you will be prompted to enter your name,  allow your camera/audio features, and click the button that says “check in”


Payment and final questions

Once you’ve checked in on Doxy, our staff will send you a payment prompt for your copayment, if applicable. There is a chat feature available in doxy so you’re welcome to send us a message if you have any questions. If there are any additional questionnaires that need to be addressed you may get a phone call from our staff at (925) 415 – 5353. 


Begin your journey

After you’ve satisfied your copayment & answered the necessary questionnaires, our sleep medicine specialists will begin your video call.


Scheduling your next appointment

At the end of your video call our sleep medicine specialists will walk you through your next steps. Our team will reach out to you via phone after your appointment to schedule a follow up appointment and provide you with any additional information that you may need.
